Human Intelligent Workplace provides government agencies with human capital and leadership organizational assessments. It also provides keynotes, leadership development, Executive Coaching, and DEI services.

Human Intelligence Workplace Questionnaire Assessments:
- The HI Workplace questionnaire helps organizations assess their human capital practices along with their workforce’s perspective.
- The Leader Behavior Effectiveness (LBE) questionnaire allows leaders to assess themselves along with getting their worker’s view on their leadership effectiveness.
- The Organizational Change Readiness (OCR) questionnaire allows the organization to assess how different parts of the organization may be viewing their readiness for change in light of human capital trends.
Executive Coaching:
Provides Executive Coaching for executives, mid-level managers, and high potential looking to improve their leader effectiveness.
