Organizational Change Readiness (OCR) Questionnaire

Implementing and institutionalizing organizational change requires taking a systemic approach to the effort. While there are many different aspects to consider, the following can be used from a variety perspectives. The belief is that you use it to gain insight, not only from you, but from others to assess your organizational readiness. Complete the questionnaire to assess your perception on the organizational readiness, in addition have your team complete it to gain their insights. If your team consists of managers, ensure you gain further insight into the organization from the workforce. Combined, this can provide you a comprehensive view as to how different constituents within the organization sense the readiness for organizational change.
